Using Parcel Hub

You agree to provide accurate shipment, contact, and payment details whenever you use Parcel Hub. Accounts are personal unless explicitly provisioned for a business, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Shipments and restricted items

Shipments must comply with carrier rules, customs requirements, and all applicable laws. You may not use the platform to ship prohibited or undeclared items, and we may pause or cancel shipments that appear unsafe, fraudulent, or incomplete.

Billing and adjustments

Quoted rates may change if package details, destination data, duties, taxes, or carrier surcharges change after label creation. You authorize Parcel Hub to collect valid shipment-related fees and resolve charge issues tied to your account activity.

Support and platform access

We may contact you about shipping issues, account verification, fraud prevention, and service updates. Internal users, branch staff, and support teams are granted access according to role-based permissions and must use the platform only for authorized work.
